Anisa and Mahbubuz Zaman Memorial Trust (AMZMT) is a non-profit, non-political, non-governmental voluntary charitable Trust, that manages and conducts its activities based on the service-oriented nature of the organization. It is set up to commemorate the life and legacy of Begam Anisa Zaman and Md. Mahbubuz Zaman who dedicated their lives towards the upliftment of the needy and downtrodden. We are dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those who have less ‘Sujog’ (সুযোগ) i.e., SUJOG, opportunity , who with help, would be able to become self-reliant and self-supporting contributing to the society and the world at large. Our mission is to uplift communities through a variety of impactful initiatives aimed at addressing basic human needs – health, clothing, disaster assistance and most importantly, education. Our projects are as diverse as the challenges faced by the communities we serve. We provide free meals to the hungry, clothing for the poor, assistance when tragedy strikes, support to educational institutions and scholarships. We yield to the inaudible cries for help, to ensure a better future for all. Working on a plethora of projects aimed at improving the quality of life of those who desperately need such assistance, the Trust has expanded from its humble beginnings to become a reliable charity organization.
AMZMT’s projects include and have plans to go for ambulance and hearse services, expanded disaster relief services, safe drinking water services, food distribution for vulnerable population, and winter clothing drives for the underprivileged including the urban floating population, and awarding scholarships for needy students who, with the right nurturing, will blossom into shining stars.

Anisa and Mahbubuz Zaman Memorial Trust (AMZMT) has been established with the noble vision of preserving the cherished memory, values, ideals and contributions of Begam Anisa Zaman and Md. Mahbubuz Zaman. The Trust is intended not only to commemorate a respected and inspiring life, but also to transform their legacy into meaningful service for society.
The life of Anisa Zaman and Mahbubuz Zaman was characterized by compassion, integrity, dedication and a strong commitment for the welfare of others. These qualities have inspired us to establish this Trust so that the principles they valued may continue to benefit people, particularly those who are disadvantaged and in need of support.
The Trust will focus on activities such as education, scholarships, humanitarian assistance, support for underprivileged people, healthcare, social welfare and community development. Through these initiatives, we hope to create opportunities for deserving individuals and contribute to building a more caring and equitable society.
We believe that a memorial becomes truly meaningful when the memory of a person inspires positive action. Therefore, this Trust is a commitment to carry forward a legacy of kindness and service — not simply as a remembrance of the past, but as an investment in the future.

Our Mission and Objectives
Our mission is to empower people through quality education, accessible healthcare, and sustainable social reforms. We strive to provide every youth and the disadvantaged with the opportunity to change their destiny through training and hard work. We are dedicated to uplifting vulnerable communities and building a future where justice and progress are available to all.
1. To promote humane values, scientific and rational thinking, mental and moral development, communal harmony, ethical conduct, self-respect, and self-confidence to develop conscious and responsible citizens; and to provide assistance to malnourished people through the supply of safe and nutritious food.
2. To improve the quality of life of underprivileged and disadvantaged communities through the provision of healthcare and medical services.
3. To encourage unemployed and economically disadvantaged persons to engage in income-generating activities and to provide financial or other necessary assistance for such purposes.
4. In this goal establish, operate, and manage educational institutions, and to prepare, publish, disseminate, and promote textbooks and educational materials in this regard.
5. To recognize education as a continuous and dynamic process and, accordingly, to undertake appropriate reforms, development, and expansion of educational activities through modern and suitable methods.
6. To establish, operate, and manage general education institutions, including but not limited to schools, colleges, and universities.
7. Organize and conduct Child and Adult Education as well as training, capacity-building, and professional development programmes for teachers and other education-related professionals.
8. Organize and conduct Independent Parental Training and awareness Programmes for the Holistic Development of Children.
9. Prepare, publish, and manage educational support materials, reference books, and digital publications for Children.
10. Award scholarships, stipends, prizes, and honours to meritorious, underprivileged, and needy students in order to promote educational advancement.
11. Undertake programmes and initiatives aimed at increasing social awareness and creating an education-friendly environment within the country.
12. Develop, present, and implement project proposals, including theme-based, environmentally friendly, or green concept projects, as may be deemed appropriate.
13. Collaborate with, associate, or involve other institutions, organizations, or stakeholders in furtherance of the objectives and activities of the Trust.
14. Construct, establish, renovate, assist, manage, and maintain mosques and other religious institutions, and to determine and bear the associated operational and maintenance expenses.
15. Establish, operate, and manage vocational, technical, and skills development training centers, and to bear the expenses related thereto.
16. Establish, operate, and manage health centers, clinics, or medical facilities for the provision of healthcare services and medical treatment.
17. Provide financial assistance and bear the cost of medical treatment for poor, helpless, and disadvantaged persons.
Educational Advancement
- Establish and run educational institutions (schools, colleges, madrasahs).
- Provide scholarships and financial stipends to meritorious and underprivileged students.
- Fund technical and vocational training centers.
- Organize seminars, workshops, and educational programs.
- Publish academic and socially beneficial literature.
Healthcare Support
